Randy Carty

Randy “Raánan” Carty is the Founder, CEO, and a principal of Desen Capital, LLC and a substantial investor in Zion Equity Partner, LLC (ZEP). He has worked in the real estate development, brokerage, and acquisition industry for over 20 years. Raánan and his team bring over 25 years of real estate experience to the table with an impeccable track record.

Raánan was CEO of Goldstone Group in 2012 which focused on Debt and Equity placements for family investment groups that acquired and managed large Multifamily portfolio’s.

In 2016 Raánan would then use his expertise to advise a state agency in Montgomery County, Maryland on the financial health of their $1 Billion residential portfolio. After successfully managing that portfolio. Raánan moved to Austin Texas whereas he began lending and working with NonQm lenders where he was able to amassed a great deal of knowledge to educate and structure debt for investors and developers and also assisted mortgage broker to diversify with unique lending products.

Raánan with his many accomplishments has now combined his knowledge to be a resourceful partner to investors and developers from all stages.
