Our typical minimum loan size starts at $200,000 for Bridge and Fix-Flip projects as well as Ground-Up Construction.

As a commercial lender, Desen Capital only lends to business entities (LLC, Corp, etc.). Loans are strictly for business purposes and are not intended for personal or household use.

On average, we close bridge loans within 7-10 business days from the receipt of a full application package. Ground-up construction may require additional time for site inspections and architectural reviews.

We fund Single Family (1-4 unit) Investment Properties, Multi-family, Industrial, Mixed-use, and Land acquisitions. We do not fund owner-occupied residential properties.
