I am the Founder and Managing Principal of Desen Capital, a private real estate lending and brokerage firm providing fast, asset-backed capital for residential and land transactions.

I specialize in underwriting and closing short-term bridge and hard money loans where speed, structure, and certainty of execution matter.

I work directly with investors, builders, and developers to structure deals with clear terms, conservative loan-to-value ratios, and defined exit strategies. Every transaction is hands-on—from initial underwriting to closing—ensuring decisive approvals, efficient funding, and alignment with capital partners.
